If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Description of service

Cubelenz provides trained virtual assistants and related support services to real estate agents, teams and brokerages, including transaction coordination, listing management, lead follow-up, CRM management, social media and marketing support, and general administrative support. Specific scope, deliverables and pricing for any engagement are agreed separately with each client.

3. Use of the website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of, this website by any third party. You will not submit false or misleading information through our forms, and you confirm that any phone number or contact details you provide belong to you or that you have authority to provide them.

4. SMS / text messaging

If you provide a phone number and opt in to SMS messages, those messages are governed by our separate SMS Terms, which describe the type of messages sent, message frequency, applicable rates, and how to opt out. By checking the SMS consent box on our forms, you agree to those terms.

6. Client engagements and payment

Where you engage Cubelenz for virtual assistant services, the applicable plan, pricing, billing cadence and scope of work will be confirmed in writing (such as an order form, proposal or email confirmation) before work begins. Fees are billed in advance per the agreed billing cycle unless otherwise stated, and are non-refundable except as required by law or as separately agreed in writing.

Our website and general information are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Cubelenz does not provide legal, financial, tax or brokerage advice, and nothing on this website should be relied upon as such.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cubelenz will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim relating to our services will not exceed the fees you paid to us for the service giving rise to the claim in the three months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate an ongoing service engagement according to the notice terms agreed at the start of that engagement. We may suspend or restrict access to our website at our discretion, including to address suspected misuse.
