SMS Terms.

1. The program

Cubelenz Real Estate Agents VA ("Cubelenz", "we", "us" or "our") offers an SMS/text messaging program to visitors and clients who provide a phone number and opt in through our website. This is a first-party program: messages come directly from Cubelenz about your own inquiry or engagement with us, not from a third party.

2. Message types

Depending on which optional checkbox you select, you may receive text messages about:

• Appointments & discovery calls — reminders and confirmations for calls you book with us
• Account & service updates — notifications related to an active engagement with your virtual assistant or account manager
• Support — replies to questions you send us by text

Consent for one message type does not authorize other message types. We do not send promotional or marketing text messages unless you separately opt in to that specific program.

3. How you opt in

You opt in by checking the optional, unchecked-by-default SMS consent checkbox next to the phone number field on our contact form, and submitting the form. The checkbox discloses the brand name, message type, frequency, rate notice, and opt-out/help instructions at the point of consent. Consent is not shared, purchased or obtained from any third-party list.

4. Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us — for example, the number of calls you book or active requests you have open. You should not expect more than a few messages per month related to an active inquiry or engagement.

5. Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Cubelenz is not responsible for any charges from your wireless carrier.

6. How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message at any time to opt out. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and will not receive further texts from that program unless you opt in again. You can also withdraw consent by emailing contact@cubelenz.com or calling +1 (231) 261-6527.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Your data

Use of our SMS program is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle mobile opt-in information — including that it is not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

10. Changes to this program

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent changes. Continuing to interact with our SMS program after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
